What we do with your data

This page says what personal data Brand-Heart collects, why, and how to get it removed.
Who we are
Wizewerx Ltd (company number 06003824), 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, is the data controller for personal data collected through this service. Brand-Heart is a trading name of Wizewerx Ltd.

The waiting list
If you join the waiting list we collect your email address, and a note of which button you used so we know which part of the page brought you. We ask you to confirm by clicking a link in an email. Until you do, we will not send you anything else.
We use it to tell you when your place opens. We will not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. To come off the list, reply to any email from us or write to support@brandheart.co and we will delete your entry. You do not have to give a reason. We keep entries until you are given access or ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
If you have an account
Signing in is handled by Smart Services, another Wizewerx Ltd service. It tells us your email address and name, and we store them.
Everything you add to Brand-Heart is stored so that you and the people you give access to can use it: your brands, business context, canvases, story maps and cards, notes, calendar events, and files you upload. Team members see the brands you give them access to.
If you connect an AI agent with a personal token, the agent acts as you. What it reads and creates is recorded as yours.
A workspace admin can delete the workspace, with every brand and everything in it, from Client Admin. You can also email us and we will delete your account and what is in it.
AI features
When you use a built-in AI feature, such as AI Insights, Canvas AI or generating a plan, the content needed to produce the answer is sent through Smart Services to an AI model provider, and the result comes back to you. You can use Brand-Heart without these features.
Cookies and monitoring
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use an error-monitoring service to find and fix bugs. An error report can include technical details such as your browser and the page you were on.
Who else touches it
We share personal data with trusted providers purely to operate the service. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. They are Smart Services, which stores the waiting list, sends the confirmation email and handles sign-in, and the AI model provider described above.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email support@brandheart.co and we will sort it, with no hoops.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Children
Brand-Heart is for people running businesses. It is not aimed at children.
Changes
When this notice changes we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, such as new kinds of data or a new purpose, and we have your email address, we will tell you instead of quietly editing the page.
