Terms of use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These are the rules for using Brand-Heart. We have kept them short and plain.
Who we are
Brand-Heart is a trading name of Wizewerx Ltd (company number 06003824), registered in England and Wales, 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Contact us at support@brandheart.co.
Using Brand-Heart
- You must be at least 18 and have authority to use Brand-Heart for the business or organisation you set up.
- Keep your sign-in details and your personal agent tokens safe. You are responsible for what is done with them, including by AI agents you connect.
- Do not use Brand-Heart to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to get into anyone else’s workspace.
Your content
What you put into Brand-Heart stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you choose, only so that we can run the service for you. We do not use your content to advertise, and we do not sell it.
AI features and agents
AI features and agents can be wrong. Their output is a draft or a suggestion. You decide what to use, and you are responsible for the decisions you make with it. What an agent creates through your token is recorded as yours.
Plans and payment
We offer a 7-day trial and paid plans. We will show you the price and the billing period before you pay, and we will not charge you without your agreement. If prices change, we will tell you before the change reaches you.
Availability
We work to keep Brand-Heart running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features. If we plan to remove something significant that you rely on, we will tell you first.
Ending your use
You can stop using Brand-Heart at any time, and a workspace admin can delete the workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will say why unless the law stops us.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you keep any rights you have under the law of where you live.
